The hotel is set in a busy area. the room was bright and perfect with a shared bathroom. I slept very well. All the staff was good and fixed my issues.

Got the same double room with the private bath booked online, liked that.

This place has a great central location near downtown, Union Square, and the Market, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, plus the rooms are affordable and come equipped with a fridge.

The location is excellent! Its just around the corner of Union square. Everything is around you and the area is fairly safe as well. The staff is very friendly, even its just a small hotel but the facilities is very good..

The room is very small and basic. Its more like like a basic motel then. The bed is small as well even if you book a double bed it still small. They don't have a room with 2 single bed which is we more prefer. My partner had to sleep on the floor because the double bed was too small for both of us for our comfort when sleeping..
